About The Game
Bomberman Web is a full-featured browser adaptation of the beloved classic arcade game — rebuilt from scratch using only vanilla JavaScript, the HTML5 Canvas API, and CSS. No frameworks, no game engines, just pure web technology delivering a smooth and authentic experience.
The game features intelligent enemy AI, procedurally seeded levels, multiple enemy types with distinct movement patterns, power-ups, a detonator mechanic, and even pause/sound support — all running at up to 120 fps directly in your browser.
How to Play
- Move with WASD or Arrow keys. Navigate the maze grid, avoiding walls and enemies while planning your next move.
- Place bombs with Space. Bombs explode after a short delay, destroying soft blocks and eliminating enemies caught in the blast radius.
- Use Q as detonator. Manually trigger your bomb early for precise timing and tactical plays.
- Survive and clear the stage. Eliminate all enemies to progress. Use Esc / P to pause, and R to restart anytime.
